Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

  

  • Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase with the original sales or gift receipt. 
  • Returns with an original gift receipt will be refunded with a merchandise credit at the selling price on the gift receipt. Returns will not be accepted without an original sales or gift receipt. All returns will reflect original discounts and promotions.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes monogrammed, altered, Made to Measure, special order, and sample sale merchandise.
  • Worn or washed merchandise or the item without original tag can't be return. 
  • Sample sale items can't return.


Exchanges

If you would like to receive a different style, size, color, or fit we kindly ask you to return your purchase in its original condition and we will make the necessary adjustments. ​​​​All exchanges will have re-shipping fee.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Refunds

Once your return shipment is received, please allow 24-48 business hours for the return to be processed and a refund made to the original payment method. In most cases, refunds will reflect on your account within 3-5 business days after the return is processed.
